ABOUT HOTEL YAK AND YETI

Hotel Yak and Yeti, is a premier five-star deluxe oasis in the heart of Kathmandu, Nepal. Modern day sophistication greets cultural heritage in the ample grounds of the 100-year-old palace and newly designed structure of the hotel.


Find refuge among antique fountains, gilded temples and emerald gardens as you remain just moments away from all the shops and adventure of the Kathmandu city, located at Durbar Marg.


A 120-room hotel with 5 star amenities started it’s operation in 01st September, 1977. After a successful run of 12 years, the need was felt to enhance the hotel’s size and facilities.


Now an extension of 150 deluxe rooms and suites have been built to supplement the existing accommodation, bringing the total number of rooms available in the hotel to 270 rooms.

FACILITIES ::

CLUB NIRVANA :: The expansive Yak and Yeti fitness center boasts state of the art equipment to pump you up and luxurious facilities to cool you down.


Separate sections for ladies and gentleman offer a full lounge opening to a large Jacuzzi, joined by a sauna and herbal steam room and private shower rooms. The Club Nirvana offers three massage rooms for total relaxation of mind and body with Hama, Shiatsu or Swedish Massage. Beauty treatments such as facial, manicure and pedicure facilities are also available.

FITNESS CENTER ::

The 1000 sq. ft. exercise floor is completely fitted with an impressive assortment of Paramount equipment such as digital treadmills, rowing and stair walking/ climber, low pulley, leg-extension, curl, press, vertical butterfly, flat incline bench, dumbbell rack and arm curl machines. A full time supervisor and trainer is available at the gym. The Fitness center is open from 7 AM to 10 PM everyday.

BUSINESS CENTER ::

Just across the comfortable lobby, the business center offers two well appointed meeting rooms and a privately equipped office space.

Resourced with well-trained and efficient staff the business center provides full secretarial services and the latest in business equipment.
